The Palm Beach Boat Show Returns for a Spectacular Edition in 2017

The 32nd Palm Beach Boat Show 2017 is now underway and welcoming serious investors who want to find the best yachts for sale in Florida. This famous yacht show has returned to downtown West Palm Beach for four days of exclusive exhibitions from March 23rd-26th 2017. It is one of the top five nautical events in the USA for yacht charters and brokerage. This year is going to be bigger than ever with a number of European shipyards taking the opportunity to showcase their superyachts in front of an affluent audience for whom Palm Beach is the boat show of choice.

Amels, Feadship and Heesen will be among the shipbuilders exhibiting at the Palm Beach Boat Show 2017. Their offerings will be among hundreds of boats, yachts and merchandise with a combined value of $1.2 billion, according to the event’s organizer, Show Management Inc. The show will feature hundreds of boats ranging from small inflatables and tenders to superyachts reaching nearly 300 feet in length. It’s the event of the year at which to find yachts for sale in Palm Beach. In fact, a satellite location has been added at Rybovich Marina to accommodate superyachts larger than 200 feet.

One of the magnificent luxury yachts on display is the 82 ft (25m) M/Y SKYE. She was built by Italian shipbuilder Azimut in 2015 and is recognizable for her distinctive blue and white exterior.  She can sleep 8 guests across four staterooms, immaculately furnished with a contemporary interior designed by Stefano Righini. One of the yacht’s unique highlights is her fully dual continent power capabilities with an Atlas converter and both American and Continental plug outlets. She has ample room for sunbathing on her spacious decks and an extensive selection of water toys.

SKYE’s asking price has recently been significantly reduced and now stands at $3,950,000.  Considering her excellent condition, beautiful design and incredible performance, she is extremely well-priced for her category. She has zero-speed stabilizers to make guests’ yachting experience as comfortable as possible both at anchor and in rough waters. With a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum of 27 knots, she is the ultimate blend of performance and luxury. If you’d like to see for yourself, SKYE can be found by Ramp 6; Slip 662.

The show is taking place along Flagler Drive, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach Island. There are numerous parking locations for guests as well as docking options for visitors arriving by water. A valet parking service is located at the show’s northern entrance, offering guests easy access to some of the largest yachts on display. The show also hosts a dedicated VIP area, which is operated on an invitation-only basis.

Besides the boats and maritime accessories on display, there will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family. This makes a change from most trade shows that are geared exclusively to yacht owners, brokers and charter companies. The Palm Beach Boat Show is as much about education and fun as it is about business. The AquaZone freshwater pool hosts live water toy demonstrations and is always a big crowd-pleaser. There will be a mixture of seminars, demonstrations and fishing clinics for children. There will also be live music, food areas and floating cocktail lounges.

This year, you can navigate the Palm Beach Boat Show easily with the MyBoatShow app. The app is free and allows visitors to find whatever yacht they are searching for by size range, manufacturer and type. It also helps visitors to find food, restrooms and vendors of sailing products, as well as seminar details.  If you would like to attend, contact Kent Chamberlain at 954-478-7000, who can arrange your tickets for the show.
